The KWR&DMCC 2022 AGM will be held on Tuesday 25th October 2022, at the Pakenham Bowls Club commencing at 7:30pm.
The AGM will be followed by our regular fortnightly General Meeting.

– Set membership fee’s for 2023
– Special Resolutions (Minor updates to Club Constitution)
Nominations are now open for the following positions.
Note: – Nominations will still be taken at the AGM and Nominee’s to have a minimum of 5 years Membership with KooWeeRup & District MCC to be eligible for committee position

2. Treasurer – (Current Treasurer James Wright has indicated he is willing to continue in this role)
– If you are a current financial member and wish to nominate yourself or a fellow member for either of these positions please return the name and position for nomination via Text to Club Phone (0458 250 450) by cut off point of 5pm on the 17th October 2022.
– The club will contact all nominees to verify they are willing to proceed prior to AGM.
– A list of approved Nominees will be sent out via text so members can use the Appointment By Proxy Form to make their vote count if unable to attend the AGM. (See bottom of page for form attachment)
