The KooWee Club was well represented at last weekend’s Round 4 of the Victorian Road Race Championships at Broadford on the 12th & 13th November.

Young gun Luke Sanders competing on his Yamaha R6 in the hotly contested Supersport 600 class and not quite so young gun David Knox competing in the Harley Davidson Roaring Sporties class. Both riders had several races in their respective classes over the weekend.

• Knoxy had a tough but respectable weekend with two DNF’s, and a 6th & 7th position. Mechanical issues over the weekend made it hard but he finished the series well in the points taking out a respectable 8th overall for the 2022 season.
• Luke (Racing under the Race Centre Banner) had a day to remember winning all three races over the weekend to comprehensively win the round. With this result Luke finished the 2022 season strongly taking out a none too shabby overall 3rd place for the series.
