Rounds 1 & 2 of the AORC have been run and won with congratulations to the KooWeeRup & District MCC for hosting such a great event. With over 330 entries (I believe this might be a record for number of entries at an AORC event) and a huge crowd it was going to be a very busy and testing time for organisers Ned, Terry and the 40+ volunteers that gave their time to make it happen, before, during and after the event..

To top it off a couple of our members had great results, Australia’s current Australian Off Road Champion Daniel Milner won his class in rounds 1 & 2 and the weekend Outright. Moni Simioni added to her impressive start after stepping up to senior ranks this year in the VORC with a 4th place Saturday and 2nd in her class Sunday. Congratulations to Daniel, Moni and all other competing KooWee members and continued success for the 2021 season.

Thanks again to all our volunteers for giving their time, equipment, early mornings, late nights, putting up with the dust and worst of all the bloody mosquitoes…..   This type of event just wouldn’t happen without your dedication and support, we’re always looking forward to new members to come and support future events.
