A perfect Spring evening greeted 25 riders and 8 support crew that gathered at Erica for the 65km night ride and poker run.

There was a vast array of “experimental” lighting installed on the bikes, from Dex with his standard head light, to Munster with a LED light that made night into day. Even our world champ Doogs came along for the fun.

We headed off on a 65km loop, stopping along the way to draw a poker card, regroup, and hang crap on each other, as we do. The first riders made it home a bit before 10pm, to a roaring fire with the drunk witches standing around. The last riders made it back an hour or so later, after sending in international rescue to retrieve the only Honda on the ride, it had run out of spark.

Terry drew some good cards and won the poker game along with the cash, donating the proceeds to a charity known as his beer fridge:-) The night went on till the early hours of 5 bells. We hope to see you at the next one.
