Congratulations go out to long time KooWee Club Member Ryan Taylor for finishing off a stellar year, taking out the hard fought 2024 Superbike Masters Championship in the final round at Tailem Bend Race Circuit in South Australia.

Ryan is a second generation club member along with his dad Peter (Wombat) Taylor who is a life member of the club and still throws a leg over a bike from time to time. The 3rd Taylor generation is now well underway with Ryan’s stepson and son both being active junior club members.

Ryan has been active in the road racing circles for many years with a stint in Europe contesting the extremely competitive 600 Supersport series a few years back. While having success over this time championships never come easy, I’m sure this one will be right up there at the top !!

Also, congratulations go to Rick Johnson of Pablo’s Motorcycle Tyres who supplied Ryan with the beautifully presented and winning Suzuki GSXR1100, it takes a good combination to be successful.
