Kids Christmas Breakup party – Last track day for 2024

Sunday 8 Dec is kids breakup/ Christmas party. 9am-12md for riding – followed by lunch, jumping castles, slushie machines, games and more????

9am to 12md – Tracks open. Early closure is to accomodate Kids Christmas party & Santa’s arrival. Adults welcome to ride from 9am to 12md.

12md- 1-1.30pm – Lunch

1.30pm – Santa arrives (earlier if lunch finishes early)

Santa will be bringing a small gift for each child ..so PLEASE text (to Club phone – 0458 250 450) by COB Friday 6th Dec #s of children & adults for food catering and most importantly… so Santa does not miss a child.

ONLY cost for the day ( for junior riders only) is $15 MV levy (no $20 Club ride fee that day).
Grandparents welcome.
Club Raffle will be drawn & Junior Club Member trophy will also be awarded on the day.
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced tracks will be open, all on natural terrain grassed tracks.

Canteen Open 9am – 12 md – we do a ‘mean’ bacon & egg sanga .. and great coffee ????????

Fee/s to Ride:

$20.00 – Day ride fee per rider – Applicable to adult riders only – NO day ride fee for kids this time.
$15.00 – RPA Levy…. is payable to Motorcycling Australia for ALL riders…. NB: this is NOT personal accident insurance.
***Optional*** – $15.00 MA Personal Accident Insurance is available for purchase if you wish.
$20.00 – Day Pass available if not a current KWR&DMCC member – this will be deducted from membership fee on full membership sign up.
NB: 2025 Membership’s now due – must be financial to attend Kids Christmas party.

The Club welcomes new volunteers to help ‘lighten the load’. If you are keen to help in any way, please call (0458 250 450), OR ask at Sign On at any Track Sunday. You do need a WWC to help as a volunteer please, so if you do not have one … how about getting one over the Christmas break. Just ask if you need any help with this.
