The Club was fortunate to receive a Vic Govt Community  Grant from the Community Motor Sport Program – Motor Sport Assistance category 2021 of $1950.00, to enable us to have 10 members trained in Advanced First Aid. Thanks Vic Gov – much appreciated!

On Saturday 30th July 2022 we gathered together  with our trainer Rachelle Wilkinson at the Living Learning Centre in Pakenham for a very, very ‘full on’ day of training.

The training was very comprehensive / serious and we  all learned a lot, whilst still managing to have a lot of laughs and some fun along the way.

Rachelle is a paramedic & RN who attends in a FA capacity to many motorsport events, so she was more than able to provide an excellent motorsport injury FA focus for us. Thanks Rachelle for sharing your experiences and expertise whilst teaching this mottly lot!

Thanks to the club for providing lunch  and Ele presidente who delivered same along with some much needed heaters on the day.

Thanks  especially to Andrew, Beau, Ian, Jo, Kelly, Kirsten, Mardi, Matt, Shane and Tony for giving up your Saturday  for training.  It is  much appreciated, and our Club is  indeed fortunate to have such committed members!
