A message from the Committee to all our valued Club Members, hope this finds you well.

What a year it’s been, with 2020 slowly dragging its way to the finish line there’s absolutely no doubt everyone is looking forward to a much much better 2021, let’s hope so…

A virtual Club Committee Meeting was held on 13/10/20 to finalise actions required as we head towards our Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for end October 2020, along with a review of the past year with the limited amount of club activities and opportunities to go riding. Whether that be dirt, adventure, road rides or our family members who bring the kids out to the McGregor Rd Track for a fun days riding, COVID has a lot to answer for…..

The following actions have been put into place by the Committee, hopefully in a small way it helps members out after the year we’ve had and the ongoing COVID Restrictions:

• Due to current restrictions our AGM scheduled for 27/10/20 has been deferred (as per Government MyCav COVID-19 advice) until 2/2/2021. (Further advice will be given if we’re still unable to hold a club meeting at this time)
• One way or another it’s been a terrible year and the following decision has been made regarding 2021 Club Membership Fee’s
  1. All current 2020 KWR&DMCC financial members will have their financial membership status automatically rolled over to 2021 at no cost. Please note: Any new or non financial past members the normal membership rates will apply for 2021.
  2. In order for this to happen, all current financial members need to complete a new 2021 membership form (Link attached) by 1st November. Please return completed form via Auspost to – KooWeeRup & District MCC  PO Box 353, Pakenham 3810  OR  via email to – committee@local.kooweerupmcc.com.au     On receipt of your updated membership form a 2021 Club Membership Card and club stickers will be mailed back to your address).
  3. Optional action – if you feel you’d still like to pay your 2021 membership fees, this would be most welcomed. A membership form still needs to be completed and emailed, choose your membership type and pay by Direct Deposit into Club Bank Account as follows, please don’t forget to add your name or Membership No to the transfer:
