Hi All,

There will be a short meeting this coming Tuesday 12th Feb starting at 7pm “At The Track”.  Now the weather is starting to cool down its time to go riding 🙂

Topics to be covered:

• Opening and running of the track over 2019 period
• Latest information from the Cardinia Shire Steering Committee meeting held on the 5th Feb, there is now some clarity on our future at this site and the effects to our current track layout as the year progresses
• Obtaining Council Grants for facility improvements
• Compile the list of volunteers to assist our club in keeping the track operational and determine the frequency of track opening days for 2019.      (Including members that kindly put their names down at our final track meeting in November last year, we’ll be in touch shortly)
• Clubs efforts to reduce track day costs
